I've been around her for a few months now and there's no denying how I feel
I find it hard to put into words,no more defying what is real
She's shown me nothing but generousity-
curiousity in my well being
Yet its sad to say that 'til this day its tough to express these feelings
I've never met anyone quite like her,
so vast in her range of knowledge
Not saying I agree with everything but the fact she's researched it should be acknowledged
No topic is off limits for her:sex, politics, urban struggle, personal abuse...
So for me not to tell her the truth there's really no excuse
Searching for someone who relates to me perfectly
something I thought I'd never find
To reveal and build a relationship that stretches the very boundaries of my mind
With Beauty above reproach I can only hope that she accepts my plea
I can no longer allow my apprehension to get the best of me
We already have a comfortable vibe, she's waiting anxiously
for me to make my move
We can clearly see whats coming, neither party should dissaprove
Then why is it so difficult to tell her what I desperately want her to know?
Why not tear down thus barrier between us inhopes that we might grow?
This inexplicable, inability to formulate the phrases to show her who I am
Got to muster up the courage to share the soul of my inner man
So tonight I've made a vow & as a man of my word I'll keep
I'll sincerely say,"I've fallen in LOVE with The Place Where Beautiful Minds Meet"*
